Parent and child 3-4 years

Our classes aim to develop yours and your little ones confidence and skills in the water. Through fun activities and songs we work on floatation, rotation, propulsion and safe submersions.

At 3-4 years we build confidence when swimming independently with the use of aides. We begin to prepare swimmers for classes without carers. 3-4 years continue to work on safe submersions, breathing, putting faces in the water, propulsion (kicking and arm pulls), jumping in, rolling and floating in the water.
