Mini Splashers – Swimming Lessons Terms & Conditions & Disclaimer

At Mini Splashers, we aim to provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment for babies, toddlers, and children learning to swim.

Booking & Payment

All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance (at least 48 hours). Bookings are non-refundable unless a lesson is cancelled by us.

Missed Lessons

Missed lessons cannot be refunded or transferred. If we cancel a lesson, a replacement or credit will be offered where possible.

Health & Medical

Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs via the class for kids questionnaire.

By attending, you confirm your child (or baby/toddler) is fit and well to participate. Children should not attend if unwell or infectious.

Supervision 

* A responsible adult must remain on site at all times.

* For baby and toddler classes, a parent/guardian must be in the water and fully responsible for the child during the lesson.

* Children must be supervised before and after lessons.

Safety & Behaviour

All participants must follow instructor guidance at all times to ensure a safe environment. We reserve the right to stop participation if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.

Personal Belongings

All belongings are brought at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage.

Disclaimer

Swimming is a physical activity and carries inherent risks. While every effort is made to ensure safety, participation is at your own risk.

Mini Splashers cannot accept liability for injury, loss, or damage.

Changes

We may occasionally need to change lesson times or instructors. We will inform you where possible.

Agreement

By booking or attending Mini Splashers lessons, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
